WHAT IS HAPPENING TO MY DIRECT DEBIT?
All memberships were frozen at lockdown and no direct debit payments have been taken whilst we have been closed.
All direct debits and memberships were cancelled.
You will now require to re-join.
WHAT IS HAPPENING TO MY ANNUAL IN ADVANCE MEMBERSHIP?
Pre-paid annual memberships were paused at lockdown. These will re-start when we open and extended, where appropriate, for the length of time we have been closed.
CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP IF I'M UNCOMFORTABLE RETURNING TO THE CLUB?
All monthly direct debit memberships were cancelled so no freeze is neccesary.
However, if you re-join and are subseqeuently uncomfortable returning, then we will freeze your membership up to a maximum of three months.
If you are a pre-paid annual membership we can further extend your membership for the purposes of frezzing up to a maximum of three months.

HOW DO I RECATIVATE IF I PREVIOUSLY CANCELLED?
We undertsand some clients may have cancelled thier membership during lockdown who now want to start back up again. We have tried to make this a s easy as possibl;e for you to do – simply re-join on line. There will be an administration fee of £35.
USING THE CLUB
WHEN WILL THE CLUB REOPEN?
We are currently working to the Governments set date of the 25th July. However, our improvements may delay some services slightly.
We will be in touch with members shortly in regards to the specifics of the Club opening.

CAN I JUST TURN UP AND USE THE CLUB AND CLASSES?
No. In order to adhere to Government guidance we must limit the number of people using of the facilties at any one time. We intend to spread the usage thropughout the day to support social (physical) distancing and therefore ALL gym and classes need to be booked in advance via the Club app or website.
HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE APP TO BOOK MY GYM AND CLASS SPACES?
You can download the app from both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OF CHANGE A BOOKING?
We are introducing a new booking cancellation policy upon re-opening. This policy will work to ensure that all members are given fair access to gym and group exercise classes, and hopefully aim to reduce the amount of unattended sessions.
If you are unable to attend a gym or group exercise class booking you have made, you must cancel this at least two hours prior to the start of the session – you can do this via the app (under ‘My Account’) or website. If you fail to do so and your booking is unattended, you receive one ‘strike’. Should you fail to cancel a booking three times in any 30 day rolling period your online booking rights will be removed for seven days. After this period the three ‘strikes’ are removed and your account set back to zero
WHAT WILL THE CLASSES AND TIMETABLE BE FOR THE CLUB?
ini light of the Givernments COVID guidance we are still deciding what the immediate furture wil be for the Club class timetable. Keep an eye out for MyZone and our remote class option.
HOW ARE WE GOING TO PROTECT MEMBERS WHEN WE REOPEN?
We are committed to providing a service to all our customers which is COVID-19 secure from infection. Since before the beginning of lockdown in March, we have been planning how to reopen safely.
The Club health and safety team have produced COVID-19 specific risk assessments, documented safety procedures and training for all staff. From this, the Club has developed specific safety arrangements to ensure social distancing, hygiene procedures and customer information is in place.
