With a max of four people to each class, our classes take place in the gym.,
Your Fitness Guru can focus on your technique and posture throughout the class to ensure the prevention of injury and full benefit of each exercise.

As we have small classes booking in advance is always recommended. Please contact Reception or your Fitness Guru.
Extremely fun and motivating, these fast paced sessions comprise of eight or mors stations, in which you perform a ceratin exercise for 30 or 60 secs. Once completed you move on to the next station until all exercises are completed.
Aqua FIT / Waterworks
Taking high intensity training (HIIT) into the pool!
HIIT involves brief bursts of very high intensity work followed by recovery periods.
Body Blast is a great way to focus your expertise on certain areas of your body in a class of like minded people for 30 minutes of hard work!
Working with your body weight, dumbbells, cardio and resistance equipment to burn up those calories and tone those problem areas.
Legs Bums and Tums
Saturday's 9.30am & 11.30am
This class focuses on the three key areas of your body by toning, shaping and burning calories.
So if you want great looking legs, a firmer bum and a tighter tum this is the class for you!

These fast paced sessions comprise of eight or more stations, in which you perform a certain exercise for 30 seconds or 1 min. Once you have completed this station you move onto the next station until all exercises are completed.
A short water break is taken before completing the whole circuit again. The instructor will often mix things up to keep it interesting and fun with cardio intervals, boxing and partner work.
Circuit Training increases your strength and cardiovascular fitness (heart & lungs) and burns lots of calories.
If there are certain exercises you are unable to perform the instructor will give you an alternative. xercise can cut the risk of heart disease by 50% and make a difference in how well you survive a heart attack.
Body Blast ! - Wednesdays 11:00am
Body Blast is a great way to focus your exercise on certain areas of your body in a class of like-minded people for 30 minutes of hard work.
So why not push your body to new limits and break boundaries you didn't know existed.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday's 9.45am & 10:30am, Tuesday & Thursday's 6:00pm & 6:45pm
Taking training into the pool!
This involves brief bursts of very high intensity work followed by recovery periods.
Studies have shown that these intense bursts of exercise boost your metabolism and may burn more total calories than steady state cardio.
Buoyancy properties in the water allow you to move with ease, which in in turn allows you to work out at a higher intensity with less impact on the body.
Water provides between 4 and 42 percent more resistance than air due to the water’s viscosity, which creates resistance in all directions of movement and provides a cardiovascular overload that is perfect for your water HIIT workouts.

Health M.O.T - book in now
During your Health MOT your Fitness Guru will be able to give advice on your exercise regime, health concerns, Nutrition, existing injuries, stress levels and quality of sleep.
Following your Health MOT, you will be given a full outcome of the health results.
We can use these results to book you a program review and track your progress against a bespoke set of fitness and lifestyle goals.
We recommend you attend a Health MOT every 3 months to make sure that you're still getting the maximum benefit from your program.
It also helps you to monitor the effectiveness of your exercise regime and reassess your goals.
